Q: What goals did you set and/or accomplish in your final collegiate season?
I set out to be the best leader on and off the field. Doing everything the right way on the field but also having it translating to every off the field situation. Being a team captain on a good football team comes with a lot of responsibly , helping leading guys to a successful season was always a goal of mine.
Q: What would your coaches and teammates say about the type of player you are?
I would have to say my coaches and teammates would describe me as Relentless. Playing with everything that I can for the team. A player who is just relentless when it comes to any off season training that is set. While also being relentless in practice day in day out but especially in a game against someone in a different colored uniform.
Q: When you are studying film, what do you focus on to improve your game?
While I am watching film on myself for self study I focus a lot on my pre snap reads. Making sure what I saw on game day is actually what was being done. I really focus on my technique in film. Making sure that my technique stays consistent , the more it stays consistent the more plays I make. While also watching in the eyes of an opponent QB. Making sure I do not have any tip offs that might set off a certain defense.
Q: What separates you from the other pro prospects at your position?
I truly believe I am just a natural ballhawk. I can create big plays in big moments and you can see on tape I am always around the football regardless of the situation. I feel that I am a game changer in any situation.
Q: What is your offseason plan to train and prepare for professional opportunities?
I have been working out 5 days a week with a combination of speed/drill training. The covid-19 has altered by approach but I am still Training to the best of my ability in my hometown.
Q: What kind of strengths and abilities will you bring to a team that will stand out both on and off the field?
I believe my strength and ability to the play the ball. I can bench press 225 for 29 times. That would be first place Amongst players at my position at the 2020 combine. Also I feel that I can make any play on the ball. I will find a way to we around the ball but also make the play.
Q: What is your final pitch to the NFL or any other pro leagues?
Take a chance on me. All I have ever needed was a chance through my career and have made the most out of each opportunity I have been given. My track record proves I can be a great teammate regardless of my role. Special teamer all the way to Starter I can get it done.
